Directions to our Office

From Southern Indiana

Take I-64 East to Louisville. When you cross the bridge from Indiana to the state of Kentucky take the first exit - Shively. This will put you on the Watterson Expressway or I-264. You will exit the Watterson at Exit 16 - Bardstown Road. Turn right. Our office will be 1/4 mile on your left. Our office is located in the Medical Plaza. The plaza looks like a small shopping center in the front. There is a Heitzmans Bakery, barber shop, Sprint Phone Store, and Jackson Hewitt Tax in the front and a Beverage Warehouse next door. The doctors' offices are located in the rear of the building. Pull to the rear parking lot between the Heitzmans Bakery and Beverage Warehouse. Our office enters off the breezeway.

From Frankfort/Lexington

Take I-64 West to Louisville. You will exit onto I-264 West (Watterson Expressway). Stay on the Watterson until you come to Exit 16 - Bardstown Road. Turn left.
